Club Registration

Thank you for your interest in the National Club Championship (NCC) presented by Cadillac. Please consider offering this opportunity to several of your club champions, including men’s, women’s and senior. A club contributing the $1,250 ($2,000 when sending more than one participant) is eligible to designate a player to take part in the 2008 NCC.

The Club Registration Application must be completed in full before registering your club champion. You have two options for payment, credit card (online) or check (mail). Please note that the club registration is not complete until payment is received. Once you submit the club registration and we have received payment, you will receive a CLUB Registration ID via email; your champion(s) will need this ID in order to complete the Player Registration Form online. Multiple champions from the same club should all use this ID to register for the event.
