Tournament Information The 2008 CMAA National Club Championship Presented by Cadillac is the Premier amateur golf event, enabling club champions from across the US and abroad to compete against one another. The club championship is one of golf's most venerable and prestigious annual tournaments; NCC is an extension of this celebrated event, providing a national platform for club champions to participate at the highest level for the title of National Club Champion! The 2008 CMAA National Club Championship will be a three-day, 54-hole stroke play (no cut) tournament (played at scratch). Practice rounds will be held November 16, 2008. All groups will play as foursomes. Trophies will be awarded to each of the division champions. Player Eligibility Each club may register it's club champion (from any year) to compete in the 2008 CMAA National Club Championship. This player should be designated by October 15, 2008. If your club does not have its championship until late in the summer, you may still participate. Simply register your club now and your player later! Player Eligibility Any club that makes a $1,250 (or greater) contribution to The Club Foundation during the 2008 year is eligible to designate a player for the event. This is not a registration fee, as a registration fee would violate the amateur status guidelines of the USGA. The USGA has reviewed the CMAA National Club Championship guidelines and has verified that amateur status issues have been properly addressed.
